We offer a wide range of packages to suit different businesses. Presently, we offer agreements in Sector Packs which are suited for 7 key business sectors. We also have a Starter Pack that contains all the necessary must-have contracts for start-ups and business that are already in operation for a couple of years. We intend to widen the range of packages to meet customer needs as we grow the business. Before signing up for a subscription, you can try out our Trial Pack.
2. How often do I pay?
A customer may pay for a package by credit card online. Payment of the package price will be deducted one time, for a 12-month minimum period, at the point of purchase of a package, and upon renewal of the package.
3. How do I use the platform?
The platform is simple and easy to use. It can be accessed on your computer or mobile device/handphone. We have also built in a very short tutorial once you access the editing platform. If all else fails, you can contact Support@LegalPack.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
4. How long will my agreements be kept on the website?
All packages purchased can be edited on the platform and the information provided for each agreement will remain stored on the platform for 1 year, and for each year that such package is renewed. Renewals are currently at SGD 240 per year.
5. How much is the renewal cost after 1 year?
The renewal fee for each package is currently at SGD 240 per year.
6. What if I forget or fail to renew my package?
LegalPack will send all customers an email reminder three months prior to the renewal date. It is important that customers update their email addresses so that this can be done. If no renewal is done, the agreements in the package will no longer be accessible by the customer and may be removed from the platform.
7. I accidentally purchased the wrong document or subscribed to the wrong Sector Pack. Can I change my purchase to the right one?
We do not allow our customers to switch from one plan to another. This is because once you have purchased a Sector Pack, all agreements contained in that Sector can be accessed and downloaded. Please contact Support@LegalPack.com if you have erroneously made a purchase and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
8. How long is the subscription if I buy 1 document?
If you do not wish to renew your subscription plan when it expires, any document in your document library will expire together with your subscription plan.
10. Can I change my Sector Pack during my subscription?

12. Besides credit card, is there any other payment method?
Presently we only accept payment by credit card for the subscription plans. After you have subscribed to a plan, you can then use credit card or PayPal to purchase one-off individual documents. We may offer other modes of payment in the future.
13. LegalPack only provides for 7 business sectors. What if my business does not fall within any of the 7 sectors?
We aim to meet all our customers’ needs and will add new packages as the business grows. If you require assistance in other sectors, kindly contact us by email and we would be happy to see how LegalPack can assist your business.
We have a Starter Pack which is comprehensive enough for most businesses.
14. Can I take a look at the document templates that are in the Sector or Starter Pack?
Once you have purchased a Sector or Starter Pack, all agreements contained in the pack can be accessed. Prior to sign-up, only the list of the names of the agreements for each package is visible. There is also a preview of the header paragraph as well as a Preface, which briefly describes the purpose of the document as well as the information you will need in order to fill out the document.
15. How do I know if the documents I am buying are needed in my business?
We have worked with and spoken to many potential businesses in the various sectors to get feedback on their needs. This feedback, together with our team’s experience in working on corporate agreements, has given us good insight into the needs of potential customers in each of the sectors our packages cover.
We have also provided a Preface for each document so that you can read up on its purpose. In this way, you will always be able to find out if the document is suitable for your business before you purchase it.
If you do require a specific agreement which is not included in the package, you can either purchase it one-off from the template list found in your dashboard or contact us directly. We welcome all feedback and aim to improve our services.
16. What happens if your template does not cater specifically to my business situation? Can I get you to amend the document for me?
We understand that template agreements may not fit every business need. We have prepared the templates with general business needs in mind, to cover many of the issues customers may face today. If there are specific issues which are not covered by any agreement, please do feedback to us.
In order to maintain document integrity, we cannot access and modify any customer’s agreement.
17. Who are your target customers?
We have a wide range of customers from different stages of business growth – start-ups and established companies (both local and foreign) which aim to expand their operations. LegalPack aims to offer a wide range of packages to meet different customer needs.
18. Are your contract templates enforceable in court or legally binding?
Our template contracts have been drafted by experienced lawyers and would constitute binding and enforceable contracts under Singapore laws.
As our site is not a law firm, users should seek independent legal advice if they are in doubt or are unsure whether there are any applicable laws (including the laws of any foreign jurisdiction) which may apply to their circumstances.
19. Do you have someone to check or review if what I filled up is correct?
For now, no. However, we have plans to provide document accuracy review features in our future software upgrade of the platform.
The documents are easy to use. Just fill in the guided fields and that’s it. After you have completed filling up, you can always check it on the screen.
