1. Where is your platform hosted?

We are hosted in Singapore.  Our hosting partner currently supports more than 220,000 users.  Their clients include Fortune 500, Multi-National Corporations, SMEs and Web 2.0 startups, Media & Entertainment, Advertising Networks, etc.  They were recently voted Best Web Hosting Company in Asia and 100 Most Dynamic Web Hosting Company, providing 100% network uptime and fast international bandwidth from Singapore.

2. Is your platform secure?

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms, that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

3. Can I call someone if I have problems editing the template?

We currently do not have any agents managing our support via telephone. This has been planned for our next software upgrade. It will be at no additional cost to you when it is made available.
However, you can send an email to and we will respond to you as soon as possible. 
Our business hours are from 9am-5pm, Mondays-Fridays, excluding Public Holidays (Singapore, GMT+8).

4. If I have trouble understanding the template, who can I call?

When we draft our templates, we are always mindful that users may not be familiar or well-versed with legal contracts.  We have kept our drafting language as straightforward as possible and at the same time, provide prompters for every field to guide users as they fill up the templates. We are confident that you will find our templates easy to use.

5. How many people can use one account?

We currently do not limit the number of additional access.  The main subscriber account can add more registered users (using their email addresses) by themselves. This can be done on their Profile page in Your Settings. 
However, the added users will inherit the same access as the main subscriber account, which means that they will be using the same credit card (card details will be hidden from their view) whenever they purchase any documents. 
To maintain document integrity and security for you and your business, you should limit the number of additional users.

6. Is LegalPack hosted on Cloud? Is it safe?

Yes. is hosted by a partner whose core competency is providing web hosting services.  They have won numerous awards, industry recognition and certifications since 1997. They are known for their service availability, security, excellent service and web access performance.
